Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Covered iOS application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the App to track your own driving routes and review your trip history. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
All content, design, code, and branding in the App are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal Apple device. You may not:
The App offers optional paid subscriptions and one-time purchases (monthly, yearly, and lifetime options) to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Billing. Subscription fees are billed through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. We do not process refunds directly. All refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy at support.apple.com/purchases.
Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price change in accordance with Apple's policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of GPS data, road names, or any other information displayed in the App.
Your use of the App while driving is entirely at your own risk. Do not interact with the App in ways that distract from safe driving. Always comply with applicable traffic laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the App or any of its features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
The App integrates with third-party services including RevenueCat (subscription management), OpenStreetMap Overpass API (road data), and Apple's in-app purchase system. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the conduct or content of third-party services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the App's integrity.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
